摘  要:粗甲醇中除含有甲醇和水外,还含有醇、醛、酮、醚、酸、酯、烷烃、胺及羰基铁等有机杂质。采用精馏方法将粗甲醇精制成精甲醇,利用甲醇、水、有机杂质的挥发度不同、沸点不同,将杂质、水与甲醇分离。一般采用三塔精馏流程,可以利用加压塔的塔顶蒸汽冷凝热作为常压塔再沸器的加热源,不仅节省加热蒸汽,而且节省冷却用水,能量得到有效利用。采用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,建立四川维尼纶厂770kt甲醇精馏装置稳态流程模拟模型,通过对预馏塔、加压塔和常压塔的模拟,研究塔压力、回流量、进料温度、加压塔与常压塔采出比、杂醇油采出量等参数间的相互关系。在保证加压塔和常压塔采出产品质量的前提下,以节能降耗和经济效益最大化为目标,对装置操作参数进行系统优化。经过优化调整,装置蒸汽消耗量下降明显,节约蒸汽5.54t/h,每年实现节能效益709万元,优化效果明显。In addition to methanol and water,crude methanol contains alcohol,aldehyde ,ketone ,ether,acid,ester,alkane,amine,carbonyl iron and other organic impurities.Crude methanol can be refined into fine methanol using rectification method ,which utilizes the different volatilities and boiling points of methanol ,water and organic impurities to separate impurities,water and methanol.The most commonly used is the three-column rec- tification process.The column top steam condensation heat from the pressurized column can be used as the heating source of the reboiler of the atmospheric column.This not only saves heating steam but also saves cooling water and achieves effective utiliztion of energy.Using Aspen Plus process simulation software,techni- cians developed a steady-state process simulation model for Sichuan Vinylon Works' 770kt/a methanol rectifi- cation unit.By simulating the pre-distillation column,pressurized column and atmospheric column,technicians studied the relationships between parameters such as column pressure,reflux volume,feed temperature,the recovery ratio of the pressurized column to the atmospheric column and recovery of fusel oil.While ensuring the quality of yielded products from the pressurized and atmospheric columns and with an aim of maximizing energy savings and economic benefits,these technicians optimized the operating parameters of the unit.As a result,the unit's steam consumption has dropped considerably (steam savings amount to 5.54t/h) and the val- ue of energy savings reach 7.09 million yuan per year.
