催化烟机回收功率异常状况分析

摘　　要：中国石化长岭分公司2.8Mt/a催化裂化装置主风机-烟机能量回收机组在近期的装置检修中,进行了再生器增设一组外取热器及烟气改入烟气脱硫等工程项目施工。检修后对主风机功率进行核算,机组电机功率较检修前上升1800k W左右,装置能耗大幅增加。对烟机的实际回收功率进行计算,并对影响烟机回收功率的各项因素进行分析,判断造成目前状况的主要原因为:主风机实际耗功增加、增设外取热器造成烟机入口压力下降以及烟气改入烟气脱硫后引起烟机出口压力上升等。相应的整改措施包括降低烟机出口背压,降低主风机出口至烟机入口线路系统压降等。主风机-烟机能量回收机组是催化裂化装置的核心设备,装置任何工艺上的调整,都应使其与机组的原设计工况尽量保持一致,并积极做出调整,避免造成烟机做功损失甚至机组损坏事故的发生。In a recent overhaul, ator and a flue gas desulfurizati Sinopec Changling Company added an external heat collector for the regeneron device for the main air blower-gas turbine energy recovery unit of its 2.8Mt/a catalytic cracking plant.After the overhaul,the company checked the power of the main air blower and found that the motor power of the unit was up about 1800kW compared with that before the overhaul, meaning that the plant＇s energy use was dramatically higher than before.Technicians calculated the actually recovered power of the gas turbine and analyzed all factors affecting the power recovery of the gas turbine. Their main conclusions include ：The increase in the actual power consumption of the main air blower and the addition of the external heat collector have resulted in a decline in the pressure at the inlet of the gas tur- bine and an increase in the pressure at the outlet of the gas turbine with the introduction of flue gas desul- furization technology.The corresponding measures include reducing the back pressure at the outlet of the gas turbine and the pressure drop for the line system from the outlet of the main air blower to the inlet of the gas turbine.The main air blower-gas turbine energy recovery unit is a key component of a catalytic cracker and any adjustment to the process of the unit should be as close to the original designed working conditions as possible to prevent energy loss or even accidents damaging the unit
