摘 要:为评估蒙古国乌兰巴托市居民通过水产品中汞(Hg)、硒(Se)和锌(Zn)的暴露风险,测定了乌兰巴托水产市场4种鱼(高白鲑、江鳕、拟鲤和河鲈)肌肉中Hg、Se和Zn的含量,并利用目标危险系数(THQ)初步评估居民通过食用鱼类摄入Hg、Se和Zn的健康风险.结果显示,Hg、Se和Zn在4种鱼体肌肉中的含量范围分别为0.034—0.681 mg·kg-1、0.140—0.308 mg·kg^(-1)和4.396—8.333 mg·kg-1.Hg、Se和Zn在江鳕肌肉中含量最高,江鳕汞的含量超过了中国农产品安全质量——无公害水产品安全要求的标准值.乌兰巴托市民通过食用此4种鱼类摄入的Hg、Se和Zn的目标危险系数和总危险系数均小于1,表现为较低的健康风险,其中汞的风险相对较大.Hg和Zn的每周摄入量(0.640μg·kg-1和22.4μg·kg-1)也低于世界卫生组织(WHO)提出的暂定每周允许摄入量(7000μg·kg^(-1)).考虑到汞的高生物累积和放大效应,乌兰巴托居民需持续关注汞的摄入量及健康风险.In order to evaluate the exposure risk of mercury (Hg), selenium (Se) and zinc (Zn) in aquatic products in Ulaanbaatar, Hg, Se and Zn contents in muscles of four fish species from the fishmarket were determined. The health risk associated with these three elements were assessed based on the target hazard quotients (THQs) method. The results showed that the concentrations of Hg, Se and Zn in fish muscles ranged from 0.034 to 0.681 mg·kg-1 , from 0.140 to 0.308 mg·kg-1 and from 4.396 to 8.333 mg·kg-1 , respectively. The levels of Hg, Se and Zn in muscles of burbot (Lota lota) was the highest, and the level of Hg in burbot exceeded the standard level in Safety Qualification for Agriculture Product-Safety Requirements for Non-Environmental Pollution Aquatic Products. The THQs and total THQs based on fish consumption for Hg, Se and Zn were less than 1, and it indicated low risk for health. The risk from Hg was relatively higher than those from Se and Zn. The estimated weekly intake values for Hg and Zn were also less than the provisional tolerable weekly intake value suggested by WHO. Considering the bioaecumulation and biomagnification potential of Hg, more attention should be paid to intake and health risk of H~ for residents in Ulaanbaatar.
