摘　　要：目的探究2种不同皮肤准备方法在骨科手术患者中的应用效果。方法将2013年1月～2014年1月择期行骨科手术的160例患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组患者于术前1d下午、晚上及术晨应用安尔碘Ⅲ型抗菌沐浴液进行全身沐浴；对照组患者于术前1晚、术晨剔除术野毛发后常规沐浴。比较2组患者术前30min术野皮肤表面菌落数检出率、伤口感染率以及患者舒适度评分、皮肤出现损伤／过敏、护士皮肤准备耗时情况。结果实验组术前30min术野皮肤细菌检出率、切口感染率均低于对照组，皮肤出现损伤过敏例数及护士皮肤准备耗时低于对照组，患者舒适度评分高于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论安尔碘Ⅲ型抗菌沐浴液可有效减少骨科手术患者术前皮肤菌落数、降低感染率可提高患者舒适度及减轻护士工作量，值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of two differfent preoperative skin preparation methods used in orthopedics. Methods 168 orthopedics patients from January 2013 to January 2014were divided into two groups. Patients in the experiment group used skin disinfectant Anerdian bath gels at afternoon, evening one day before surgery and the morn of surgery day, while the control group was given routing nusing. Compare the clump counts before the surgery, infection rate, patients＇ comfort degree and elapsed time before surgery between two groups. Results The condition of clump counts before the surgery,infection rate, patients＇ comfort degree and elapsed time before surgery in experiment group were better than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The skin disinfectant Anerdian bath gels can reduces the clump counts before the surgery, postoperative infection rate, improves patients ＇ comfort degree, reduces nurses ＇ workload, which should be recommended to used in clinical.
