摘  要:目的探讨陈皮八仙果对气管插管全麻甲状腺手术患者咽喉炎的治疗效果。方法对插管全麻甲状腺手术患者,分别采取单纯雾化吸入(395例)、雾化吸入加含服陈皮八仙果(72例)治疗术后咽喉炎,对患者术后24h、48h、5—6d咽喉疼痛、干痒、咳嗽、咳痰等症状的好转情况进行评估。结果雾化吸入加含服陈皮八仙果组治疗咽喉炎的效果优于单纯雾化吸入组(24h部分缓解率52.8%vs20.3%,P〈0.05;术后48h基本缓解率:30.6%VS17.5%,P〈0.05;5~6d基本缓解率84.7%vs64.6%,P〈0.05)。结论雾化吸入辅以口服陈皮八仙果有助于加快气管插管全麻甲状腺手术患者咽喉炎的恢复。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of preserved fruit therapy on the patients with pharyngolaryngitis caused by intu- bation general anesthesia for thyroideetomy. Methods For patients with intubation general anesthesia for thyroidectomy,to take simple atomization inhalation (395 cases) ,inhalation and sublingual square preserved fruit (72 cases) in the treatment of pharyngolaryngitis, and then evaluate the postoperative 24 hours ,48 hours,5 to 6 days throat pain, dry itching, cough, expectoration symptom improvement. Results Inhalation and sublingualsquare preserved fruit group treatment of pharyngolaryngitis is better than that of pure aerosol inhalation group (24 hours after remission rate was 52.8% vs 20.3% ,P 〈0.05) ,48 hours after the remission rate was 30.6% vs 17.5% ,P 〈0.05 ;5 - 6 days remission rate of 84.7% vs 64.6% ,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Inhalation and sublingual square preserved fruit is helpful to accelerate the recovery of pharyngolaryngitis caused by intubation general anesthesia for thyroidcctomy.
