摘　　要：2016年7月美国的金融改革思潮剧变,民主党、共和党的大选纲领都提出新的金融改革主张,将恢复罗斯福遏制金融资本贪婪的监管法规作为改革方向。中国应高度关注这一动向,美国今后推出的金融改革,很可能同美国施压中国推行金融自由化截然相反。In July 2016, the thoughts of finance reform changed drastically in the U.S. Democrats and Republicans all raised new proposals on financial reform in their election program. They intended to recover the regulatory laws of restricting greedy capital in the FDR times as reforming direction. China should pay high attention to this trend. The United States will conduct a series of follow-up financial reforms, which is likely to be opposite to financial liberalization pattern （ps. The United States put pressure on China to promote financial liberalization）.
