北京大栅栏商业街与前门大街景观比较研究

摘　　要：大栅栏商业街与前门大街共同处于一个历史街区,历史上的两条商业街相互影响、共同繁荣,成为京城最繁华的商业街区。然而在前门大街改造后,这条六百年的老街从此一蹶不振,与西侧大栅栏商业街形成鲜明的对比。两条商业街的兴与衰是本文讨论的重点,在街道尺度、建筑风格、商业定位与原住民等这些因素影响下,造成了大栅栏商业街与前门大街景观的差异。The Dashilan commercial street and the Qianmen street are located in the same historic block. They cooperate with each other to bring economic maximization on the track towards win-win results,benefit-sharing and common prosperity. Nonetheless, after the Qianmen street rebuild, this six-hundred- year-old commercial street came to decline in modern society, that strongly contrasts with the Dashilan street. This paper is mainly focus on the rise and decline of the commercial streets.In addition, according to several factors such as street scale,architectural style,business location,planning and construction and the aborigines,to compare and analysis the difference between the Dashilan commercial street and the Qianmen commercial street.
