摘　　要：哈尔冰被称为中国冰雪之城,哈尔滨冰雪节一直以来是我国规模最大、雕塑艺术含量最高的冰雪节日。为了吸引更多游客游览哈尔滨,提升哈尔滨冰雪节知名度,必须要着力打造具有鲜明地域文化特征的城市冰雪景观。笔者结合工作经验与相关理论知识,在本文中分析了如何构建具有哈尔滨地域文化特征的城市冰雪景观,供有关人员参考借鉴。Harbin is known as the city of ice and snow, the Harbin ice and snow festival has been regarded as the largest ice and snow festival of highest artistic sculpture,In order to attract more tourists, to enhance the visibility of Harbin ice and Snow Festival, we must strive to create the city ice landscape of distinctive regional and cultural characteristics. The author combined the work experience and the related theoretical knowledge, analyzed how to construct the Harbin region culture characteristic the city ice and snow landscape in this paper and provide some related reference.
