摘　　要：目的 研究探讨冠脉介入治疗对不稳定型心绞痛冠心病患者血清IL-6（白介素-6）、IL-10（白介素-6）、hs-CRP（超敏C反应蛋白）以及MMP-9（金属蛋白酶-9）水平的影响。方法 选择2013年12月~2015年12月我院收治的74例不稳定型心绞痛冠心病患者作为研究对象,对这批患者进行冠脉介入治疗,比较治疗前后患者IL-6、IL-10、hs-CRP及MMP-9等血清炎性因子水平的变化情况。结果 术后患者的血清IL-6、IL-10、hs-CRP以及MMP-9等血清炎性因子水平均高于术前,且差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论冠脉介入治疗不稳定型心绞痛冠心病的效果良好,但需注意预防血清IL-6、IL-10、hs-CRP以及MMP-9等血清炎性因子的升高,提高治疗的效果。Objective To study the coronary artery interventional therapy on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patient blood serum IL-6 （interleukin-6）, interleukin-10 （IL-6）, hs-CRP （high sensitive C C-reactive protein） and MMP-9 （matrix metalloproteinase-9） level. Methods 74 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015, were selected as the research subjects, for this group of patients undergoing coronary intervention, compare the levels of serum inflammatory factors such as MMP-9, IL-10, hs-CRP and IL-6 before and after treatment. Results The serum levels of inflammatory factors such as IL-6, IL-10, hs-CRP and MMP-9 were significantly higher than those of the patients after surgery, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Coronary intervention in patients with unstable angina pectoris coronary heart disease is effective, but need to pay attention to prevent the serum IL- 6, IL-10, hs-CRP, MMP-9 and other serum inflammatory factors, improve the effect of treatment.
