探讨阿维A联合消银片治疗头部银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿维A和消银片联合应用于银屑病治疗的临床效果。方法根据我院接收的1 000例银屑病患者进行研究分析,将这些患者分成实验组和对照组,实验组患者接受阿维A胶囊和消银片治疗,对照组使用迪银片治疗。对比分析两组的临床治疗情况。结果实验组和对照组患者均接受了8周的治疗,结果显示,对照组的痊愈率是34.5%,实验组的痊愈率是55.5%;对照组总有效率是65%,实验组总有效率是87%。对照组的临床治疗效果低于实验组,结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头部银屑病患者接受阿维A和消银片口服治疗的效果比较好,临床应用时还是需要考虑患者的情况,提供针对性治疗措施。Objective To investigate the effect of acitretin A and Xiaoyin tablets should be combined with clinical results for the treatment of psoriasis. Methods 1 000 cases of patients With psoriasis were chosen to research and analysis our hospital, these patients were divided into the treatment group and the observation group, patients in the observation group received acitretin capsules and Xiaoyin tablets in the treatment, control group using Diyin tablets treatment. The clinical treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The observation group and the control group patients were treated for 8 weeks in the box. The results showed that the control group cure rate is 34.5%, in the experimental group, the cure rate was 55.5%, the control group, the total efficiency is 65%. In the experimental group, the total effective rate is 87%. The clinical treatment effect of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group, and the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The head of psoriasis patients treated with etretinate A and Xiaoyin tablets treatment effect is better, the clinical application still need to consider the conditions of the patients, provide targeted treatment measures.
