摘　　要：目的观察康复护理对脑梗死恢复期患者的干预效果。方法将72例脑梗死恢复期患者随机划分为常规护理组与康复护理组,每组人数各36例,根据分组对常规护理组实施常规护理措施,对康复护理组在常规护理的基础上进一步实施康复护理措施。结果经分组护理与观察后发现,康复护理组的生活活动能力优于常规护理组,Barthel评分较常规护理组更高,对比差异具有统计学意义。结论在常规护理的基础上对脑梗死恢复期患者进一步实施康复护理,可提高患者生活活动能力,对改善患者生活质量意义重大。Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction convalescence. Methods 72 cases of convalescence cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into routine nursing group and rehabilitation group, 36 cases in each group, according tO the implementation of routine nursing measures of routine nursing group on rehabilitation nursing group to further implement the rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing. Results After a group of nursing and observation, found that the life of the rehabilitation nursing group was better than the routine nursing group, the Barthel score was higher than the conventional care group, the difference was statistically significant.. Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing, rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction recovery period can be implemented, which can improve the ability of life activities, and is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients.
