摘  要:为了实现江中沉管与岸上匝道水下互通立交,在岸边施工高度为20 m、方量达80万m3的充砂长管袋围堰,围堰采用两侧为充砂长管袋、中间为砂芯的堰体结构,并在砂芯范围设塑性混凝土防渗墙隔断赣江水,施工围堰内明挖结构。以南昌红谷隧道为背景,介绍了国内内河沉管隧道规模最大的充砂长管袋围堰施工技术,施工过程中克服了赣江水位落差大、航道范围水流速度大和水位高等复杂的水文条件,利用7个月完成了充砂长管袋堰体的填筑和塑性混凝土防渗体系的施工。工程实施结果表明:充砂长管袋围堰及其塑性混凝土防渗墙在内河沉管隧道领域是一种工艺新颖、技术先进、安全可靠的防护体系,且对江河环境影响受控,是值得进一步推广应用的施工工法。The sandbag cofferdam of 20 m height and 800 000 m3 volume and plastic concrete anti-seepage wall are built in order to realize connection between underwater immersed tunnel and shore ramp. The construction technology of large- scale sandbag cofferdam used in Honggu Tunnel in China and the design adjustment of plastic concrete anti-seepage wall are introduced. The clay anti-seepage wall is replaced by plastic concrete anti-seepage wall which can guarantee the safety of Old Town of Nanchang. The sandy cobble pad and gabion mat are replaced by polypropylene woven fabric + small sandbag for protecting cofferdam slope. The construction practice shows that the sandbag cofferdam is a new, advanced and feasible retaining structure in inland river and it is worth popularizing.
