痔瘘外洗方对肛肠病术后创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自制痔瘘外洗方对肛肠病术后创面的疗效。方法:将120例肛肠病术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组予痔瘘外洗方熏洗治疗,对照组予高锰酸钾溶液熏洗治疗。观察比较两组综合疗效、疼痛程度及创面愈合时间。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为73.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后48h内4个观察时点止痛效果、前3次换药结束后0.5h时点止痛效果、术后48h内索要镇痛剂及创面愈合时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔瘘外洗方能明显缓解患者肛肠病术后的疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间,提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the efficacy of self-made prescribed external wash for anal fistula and hemorrhoids（ Zhilou Waixi prescription） for postoperative wounds in patients with anorectal diseases. Methods： One hundred and twenty postoperative patients with anorectal diseases were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group,with 60 patients in each group. The treatment group received fumigation-washing therapy using the Zhilou Waixi prescription,while the control group used the potassium permanganate solution for fumigation-washing therapy. We observed and compared the overall therapeutic efficacy,patient ＇s pain level,and wound healing time between the two groups. Results： The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group（ 90. 00% vs 73. 33%,P〈0. 05）. There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of the analgesic effectiveness at four time points within 48 hours post operation and at 0. 5 hour after each of the first three dressing changes,the time to the demand for analgesics within 48 hours post operation,and the time to wound healing（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Zhilou Waixi prescription can noticeably relieve the postoperative pain of patients with anorectal diseases,accelerate wound healing,and improve the treatment outcome.
