麻仁益通片润肠通便功能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究麻仁益通片对实验小鼠的通便作用。方法:采用缺水3d和复方地芬诺酯两种方法建立小鼠便秘模型,通过计算墨汁推进率,判断麻仁益通片对小鼠肠道蠕动功能的影响;通过测定首次排黑便的时间和6h内排便粒数及重量,判断麻仁益通片对小鼠排便功能的影响。结果:与模型对照组比较,麻仁益通片低、中、高剂量组均可明显增加小鼠小肠墨汁推进率(P<0.05,P<0.01);中、高剂量组可缩短首次排黑便时间(P<0.05),增加6h排便量(P<0.05,P<0.01);麻仁益通片对小鼠体质量无明显影响。结论:麻仁益通片具有良好的促进排便和促进肠道蠕动功能。Objective： To study the bowel-relaxing effect of Maren Yitong pills on experimental mice. Methods： A mouse model of constipation was established using 3-day water deprivation and the compound diphenoxylate. The effect of Maren Yitong pills on the intestinal peristalsis of mice was evaluated by calculating the ink propelling rate. The effect of the pills on the defecation of mice was evaluated by measuring time to the first black stool defecation and the number and weight of feces granules within 6 hours. Results： Compared with the model control group,the treatment with low,medium,and high doses of Maren Yitong pills all significantly increased the ink propelling rate in the mouse small intestine（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. The medium and high doses of Maren Yitong pills significantly shortened the time to the first black stool defecation（ P〈0. 05） and increased the amount of defecation within 6 hours（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Maren Yitong pills showed no significant impact on the mouse body weight.Conclusion： Maren Yitong pills can promote defecation and intestinal peristalsis.
