摘  要:以"灵武长枣"为试材,采用完全随机区组设计,设置增氧浓度(5±0.5)(TR1)、(7±0.5)(TR2)、(9±0.5)(TR3)、(3±0.5)(CK)mg·L^(-1)4个处理,分析了不同增氧灌溉处理对"灵武长枣"生长与果实品质的影响,以确定适宜的增氧浓度。结果表明:(7±0.5)mg·L^(-1)(TR2)处理下,枣吊长增长量较大、叶绿素含量较高。(9±0.5)mg·L^(-1)(TR3)处理下,对枣吊增粗作用效果最显著。(5±0.5)(TR1)、(7±0.5)(TR2)mg·L^(-1)处理对提高单果质量、维生素C、可溶性总糖等指标方面作用显著;综上所述,增氧浓度为(7±0.5)mg·L^(-1)的处理能促进"灵武长枣"生长,提高果实品质,可在生产中推广使用。Using Zizyphus jujuba Mill.cv.‘Lingwu Changzao'as experimental material,randomized complete block design was set,four treatment combinations((5±0.5)(TR1),(7±0.5)(TR2),(9±0.5)(TR3),(3±0.5)mg·L^-1(CK))of oxygen concentration were conducted,the effects of the concentration of oxygen different irrigation treatments on‘Lingwu Changzao'growth and fruit quality was studied,to determine the appropriate oxygen concentration.The results showed that,under(7±0.5)mg·L^-1(TR2)processing,jujube hanging leaf number growth was relatively high and with higher chlorophyll content.Under(9±0.5)mg·L^-1(TR3)processing,jujube hanging diameter was relatively high.Under(5±0.5)mg·L^-1(TR1)and(7±0.5)mg·L^-1(TR2)processing,fruit weight,vitamin C,total soluble sugar content were relatively high.In summary,oxygen concentration was(7±0.5)mg·L^-1 treatment could promote the growth of‘Lingwu Changzao',improve fruit quality,it could promote the usage in production.
