摘  要:对比分析4种纺纱形式莱赛尔亚麻混纺纱的成纱质量。采用同一规格的末并条子,经过不同的工艺流程分别纺制出环锭纺、赛络纺、集聚纺和喷气涡流纺4种莱赛尔/亚麻70/30 28tex混纺纱,并对混纺纱的质量指标进行了测试对比。结果表明:集聚纺和喷气涡流纺条干好,粗细节和棉结少,尤其是毛羽少,但喷气涡流纺纱比较硬挺;集聚纺强力高;赛络纺和环锭纺成纱指标最差。认为:4种纺纱形式的成纱质量及生产各有特点,喷气涡流纺、集聚纺纱适合布面光洁面料,而环锭纺、赛络纺更适合比较追求麻纤维风格的粗犷型面料。Yarn qualities of lyocell flax blended yarn spun by four spinning methods were compared and analyzed. Final drawing slivers with the same specification were adopted. Four kinds of lyocell/flax 70/30 28 tex blended yarn were spun by ring spinning, siro spinning, condensed spinning and air-jet vortex spinning through different processing. The quality indexes of blended yarns were tested and compared. The test results show that better evenness can be obtained by condensed spinning and air-jet vortex spinning with less thick places, thin places and neps, especial less hairiness. However the yarn spun by air-jet vortex spinning was relatively stiff. Strength of condensed yarn is higher. The yarn indexes of siro yarn and ring yarn were the worst. It is considered that the yarn quality and production of four spinning methods are different. Air-jet vortex yarn and condensed yarn are suitable for the fabrics with smooth and clean surface,while ring yarn and siro yarn are more fittable for rough fabrics pursuing flax fiber styles.
