摘  要:探讨莱赛尔织物的织机工艺优化方法。以某细特莱赛尔织物为例,分析了织机工艺参数的优化,包括上机张力、后梁高度、开口形式、引纬时间、主辅喷气压等;对包括边撑疵、断疵、横档、布幅缩率差异大等几种典型织疵提出解决方法。采取一系列工艺优化和技术措施后,最终产品台时经停2.45根,台时纬停2.84根,织机效率达80.8%。认为:有针对性地优化织机工艺和采取措施,最终可以保证产品的顺利生产,织机效率显著提高。The optimization method for loom processing of lyocell fabric was discussed. One fine lyocell fabric was taken as an example. The optimization of loom processing parameters were analyzed, which includes loom tension, height of back beam, shed form, weft-insertion time, main and assistant air-jet pressure and so on. The solutions for several kinds of weaving defects like temple defect, broken defect, cross bar, larger differences for fabric shrinkage rate and so on were put forward. After adopting a series of processing optimization and technology measures,the warp stop of product was 2.45 counts per machine hour, weft stop was 2.84 counts per machine hour and the loom efficiency was 80.8 %. It is considered that production could be guaranteed successfully and the loom efficiency can be obviously improved aimed at the optimization of loom processing and adopting measures.
