摘 要:柑橘病毒类病害对世界柑橘产业造成了严重的损失。诊断技术是防控柑橘病毒类病害的重要保障。对指示植物鉴定、电镜技术、血清学方法、核酸杂交、(RT-)PCR以及新近出现的环介导恒温扩增、基因芯片和高通量测序等技术在柑橘病毒类病害诊断中所取得的进展进行综述,并对今后的发展方向进行了展望,旨在为更好地防治柑橘病毒类病害提供借鉴。Citrus virus and virus-like diseases have caused devastating losses in global citrus production. Diagnosis technology is an important safeguard for the prevention and control of citrus virus and virus-like diseases. In this paper, the research progress in recent years on indicator plant, electron microscopy, serological method, molecular hybridization, (RT-)PCR, (RT-)LAMP, DNAchipand high-throughput sequencing were reviewed. Furthermore, the further research directions of diagnosis of citrus pathogens were also discussed in order to lay a sound foundation for better control of the damage caused by citrus virus and virus-like diseases.
