摘  要:在经历了几十年的发展,中国城市进入大范围的城市更新阶段。基于城市更新本身的特点,城市更新方案确定及规划工作难度极大。专家系统是集多领域、多专家知识的计算机系统,是解决非线性和不确定性问题的强有力工具。因此,在城市更新决策中引入专家系统作为工具,可对此领域的问题提供正确的推论、合理的解释、可行的建议及解决方法。通过对城市更新项目关键成功因素分析,从总体上阐述城市更新项目方案决策专家系统的概念框架,该系统通过用户的信息输入,进行相似案例匹配,最终为目标案例提供近似案例及建议,为目标案例的相关决策提供参考。There are some issues in most Chinese cities after decades of development, such as widespread confusion layout, dilapidated housing, overcrowding, shortage of traffic congestion, environmental pollution, municipal and public facilities and other issues affecting the people's normal life. To solve these problems, China is experiencing a wide range of urban renewal. Based on the characteristics of urban renewal, the process of determining the urban renewal scheme and plan seems extremely difficult. Expert system is a multi-field, multi-expert knowledge of computer systems, it is a powerful tool to solve the problem of nonlinearity and uncertainty. Therefore, the introduction in the urban renewal expert system as a decision-making tool can provide the correct inference on this issue in the field of rational explanation, practical advice as well as solution. Based on the urban renewal and the analyst of critical success factors of urban renewal project, this paper proposed an elaborated conceptual framework of urban renewal program decision Expert System. In this system, user can input information about critical success factors, the system then can match the similar cases. Finally, the final goal case provides similar cases and recommendations, provide a reference for the target case related decisions.
