摘　　要：在当前的经济转型态势下,老工业城市面临巨大的经济下行压力。在经济增长大幅减速的同时,环境保护等问题也迫使这些城市必须向着低碳发展转型。区域中心城市纷纷意识到高端服务业对经济的驱动作用。以山西省重工业中心太原市为例,研究其当前城市经济结构与产业能耗状况,对其低碳发展指标进行分析评价,规划能够平衡两者的发展路径。While the Chinese economy is under a transforming situation, the traditional industrial cities face huge economy downward pressure. Besides, environmental problems also force these cities to transform itself into low-carbon mode developing. Most regional center cities realize the driving effect of service business. This paper researches the Taiyuan city as example, through analyzing the economy structure and its energy consumption condition, build a balanced developing path.
