摘 要:目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚(penehyclidine hydroehloride,PCHE)对氯胺酮(ketamine,Ket)催眠作用的影响。方法将小鼠按分层随机区组设计分为3组(n=10):盐酸戊乙奎醚组(PCHE组)、氯胺酮组(Ket组)、盐酸戊乙奎醚+氯胺酮组(PCHE+Ket组)。采用翻正反射实验,观察各组小鼠翻正反射消失时间即睡眠潜伏期(sleeping latency,SL)、睡眠持续时间(sleeping time,ST)和入睡率。结果与PCHE组相比,PCHE+Ket组的SL显著缩短(P〈0.01),ST显著延长(P〈0.01);与Ket组相比,PCHE+Ket组的ST延长(P〈0.05)。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚能增强氯胺酮的催眠作用。Objective To investigate the influence of penehyclidine hydrochloride on the hypnotic effect of ket- amine. Methods Mice were randomly divided into three groups ( n = 10) : a penehyclidine hydrochloride group ( Group PCHE), a ketamine group (Group Ket), and a penehyclidine hydrochloride + ketarnine group (Group PCHE + Ket). Then, their sleeping latency (SL) , sleeping time (ST) and rate were recorded according to the results of the righting re- flex test. Results Compared with Group PCHE, Group PCHE + Ket showed remarkable decreases in SL but significant increases in ST (P 〈0.01 ). Compared with Group Ket, ST was extended in Group PCHE + Ket (P 〈0.05). Conclu- sions Penehyclidine hydrochloride can enhance the hypnotic effect of ketamine.
