摘 要:变电站的智能化改造和建设是实现国家电网公司建设坚强智能电网战略的重要举措。信息网络和各种应用系统是智能变电站实现智能化的基础,其安全性决定整个变电站运行的安全和稳定。为了确保智能变电站信息网络的安全性,国网孝感供电公司采取技术、管理、考核评价三大措施,构建保障智能变电站信息安全的防护体系。实践证明,从技术、管理以及考核评价3方面着手,可以有效地构建智能变电站信息安全防护体系,在保障智能变电站信息安全的同时,为坚强智能电网建设奠定坚实的基础,可以在其他智能变电站的建设和运行中进行推广和应用。The smart reform and construction of the substations is an important measure to achieve the strategy of "Strong and Smart Grid" of SGCC. Information networks and applications are the foundations of realization of smart substation. Its safety supports the safety and stability of the entire operation of the substation. In order to ensure the security of smart substation information network, State Grid Xiaogan Power Supply Company takes technology, management and evaluation as three core measures to construct information security protection system for smart substation, this approach has achieved good effects in practical application. Therefore, we can effectively construct an information security protection system by using the proposed approach.
