摘 要:SAGD循环预热阶段效率是影响SAGD开发的关键因素之一,其效果决定着注汽井与生产井之间的热联通效果以及蒸汽腔的初始发育状态。针对辽河油田杜84块兴Ⅰ组双水平SAGD试验区中的井组在循环预热阶段普遍存在的热连通差以及水平段动用不均衡等问题,分析循环预热影响因素的基础上,对循环预热管管柱结构进行优化处理,确定了环空压力操作参数,并对辽河油田兴Ⅰ组试验区的两组双水平井进行优化后效果对比。结果表明:在操作参数为注汽速度80-100t/d、井底蒸汽干度〉75%、操作压力4.5~6.0MPa、有效循环预热时间为120~140d的条件下,优化预热管柱后的双水平井组整体预热周期缩短,热连通长度和连通均匀度明显增加.提高了循环预热效率。In SAGD cyclic preheating phase, efficiency is one of key factors to impact SAGD development, which determines heat unicom effects between steamed and production wells and decides initial development status of vapor chamber. Aiming at bad heat unicom effects and imbalanced usage of horizontal segment of cyclic preheating phase in dual horizontal SAGD test area of Xing- I formation of block Du-84 in Liaohe oilfield, and based on influential factors of cyclic preheating system, string configuration of cy- clic preheating pipe was optimized processed and annular pressure operating parameters were determined, in addition, the effect comparison of two dual horizontal wells before and after optimization was conducted. The result shows that when steam injection rate is between 80 and 100 t/d, bottom hole steam quality is more than 75 %, operating pressure is between 4.5 and 6.0 MPa, and effective cyclic preheat time is between 120 and 140 d, the overall preheating cycle of dual horizontal wells with optimized preheat- ing pipe reduces, and heat unicom length and uniformity increase obviously, thereby improving cyclic preheating efficiency.
