摘 要:通过室内实验,优选出耐温抗盐型聚合物微球S5和耐温抗盐低界面张力阴非离子表面活性剂体系GH。在高温高盐条件下,测定了表面活性剂体系降低油水界面张力的能力;采用并联岩心物理模拟驱替装置,开展不同聚合物微球/表面活性剂交替段塞调驱实验。结果表明,表面活性剂体系在95℃和22×10~4mg/L矿化度条件下老化三个月后可以将界面张力降低至超低水平;在渗透率为(70~350)×10^(-3)μm^2的岩心中,聚合物微球具有良好的注入性和封堵性;在非均质条件下,聚合物微球/表面活性剂交替段塞的调驱效果明显好于表面活性剂体系,开展水驱+微球驱+表活剂驱+后续水驱和水驱+微球驱+再次水驱+表活剂驱+后续水驱,其低渗透率岩心提高采收率分别为25.59%和14.72%。该研究对聚合物微球/表面活性剂复合体系注入方案设计有重要的指导意义。By indoor experiment, under the condition of high temperature and high salinity, polymer microsphere S5 and surfactant GH with low interfacial tension were selected out, and the surfactant system ability of reducing oil and water interracial tension was measured, furthermore, by the adoption of parallel core physical simulation displacement device, profile control experiment by alter- nating slugs of different polymeric microsphere and surfactant was conducted. The result shows that under 95℃ and 22×10^4 mg/L salinity after aging 3 months, the surfactant system can achieve an ultra-low oil and water interracial tension level, and in the core permeability of 70×10^-33μm^2 to 350×10 3μm^2, polymeric microsphere has good injectivity and sealing characteristics. Under the het- erogeneous condition, the profile control effect is significantly better than surfaetant system, moreover, a serious of activities are car- ried out, such as water flooding, microsphere flooding, surfactant flooding, subsequent water flooding and water flooding, micro- sphere flooding, subsequent water flooding, surfactant flooding, and subsequent water flooding, it concludes that the additional oil recovery of low permeability core are 25.59 % and 14.72 %, and the study may provide important guidance for multisystem injec- tion scheme of polymeric microsphere and surfactant.
