摘　　要：玛咖为一种原产于秘鲁的药食两用植物,含玛咖酰胺和玛咖烯、生物碱、芥子油苷、甾醇等主要的化学成分。本文对玛咖的化学成分及其主要成分生物碱和芥子油苷的波谱特征研究概况进行综述,为进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。Lepidium meyenii Walp. is a medical and edible plant that is native to Peru. The main chemical components are macamides and macaenes, alkaloids, glucosinolates and sterols. The chemical components and spectral characteristics of alkaloids and glucosinolates are reviewed in this paper to provide reference for further research and exploitation.
