摘　　要：为了给天然药物有效成分最佳提取工艺条件的评价与筛选提供参考,以铁皮石斛多糖的提取工艺为例,在单因素、正交实验的基础上,应用一种新的提取工艺评价方法——相似度价比法,采用夹角余弦法计算其相似度价比,结合提取得率和生产成本,对其提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明:应用相似度价比法分析得到的铁皮石斛多糖酶提的最佳工艺条件为:固液比为1︰30,纤维素酶浓度为1.2%,提取温度为60℃,提取时间为1 h。文中认为,相似度价比法综合考虑了提取得率和经济效率,是评价和优选高效率低成本的天然药物有效成分提取工艺的一种新方法。To provide reference for extraction technological conditions of natural medicine effective components, Dendrobium officinale polysaccharide extraction process, for example, on the basis of single factor and orthogonal test, the price included angle cosine method to calculate similarity ratio, combined with the extraction yield and production and economic benefits to optimize extraction process. Results show that by the method of orthogonal test, in the case of enzymes extraction technology for Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides, the optimum process in laboratory was as follows： solid-liquid ratio 1：30, cellulose enzyme dosage 1.2%, extracting temperature 60℃ and extracting time 1 h; The optimum process of industrialization was in conformity with the optimum condition for laboratory. This paper argues that the similarity price ratio method considering the access efficiency and economic efficiency, is a kind of evaluation and optimization of high efficiency low cost new methods of natural medicine effective component extraction process.
