以多部位扁平湿疣为临床表现的二期梅毒1例

摘　　要：患者男,17岁。阴茎、肛周增生物1月余。RPR 1∶16(+),TPPA(+),HIV(-)。诊断:二期梅毒,扁平湿疣。予苄星青霉素240万U肌注治疗,1周后皮损好转,3周后皮损消失。A male patient of 17-year-old with penis, crissum, neoplasms for more than a month. Auxiliary examination revealed a positive result for RPR, with a high titre of 1： 16, and also a positive result for TPPA. HIV is negative. And the diagnosis of secondary syphilis, condyloma latum was made. All skin lesions were improved after 1 week with the treatment of Benzathine penicillin 2.4 million. And all lesions disappeared after 3 weeks.
