摘　　要：甲受累在银屑病患者中常见,其往往与疾病的严重程度相关。甲银屑病患者常承受心理痛苦、功能障碍和社会歧视,并显著限制了其日常活动,降低生活质量。尽管目前有多种可选择的有效治疗方案,但甲银屑病往往得不到有效的治疗。激光治疗是治疗甲银屑病患者的有益思考与实践。Nail involvement is common in psoriasis patients and is often associated with severe disease. Patients with nail psoriasis experience pain, functional impair-ment and social stigma, with significant restriction of daily activities and quality of life. However, nail psoriasis often goes untreated, despite the availability of effective treatment options. The treatment with Laser are useful and practical considerations for patients with nail psoriasis.
