摘 要:目的:了解养老护理员对老年人照护知识的掌握、照护态度及能力状况,为护理员队伍建设的相关对策提供实证依据,为护理员队伍的可持续发展提出建议。方法:采用方便取样法,对照护失能老年人的150名护理员进行问卷调查。结果:养老护理员照护知识薄弱,91.33%的护理员对照护知识不了解或者不清楚。护理员的性别不同,在照护知识、职业态度和职业能力方面无统计学意义;服务年限不同者职业态度和照护能力得分不同,服务年限长者得分高(P<0.05);文化程度不同者态度和能力得分不同,文化程度高者得分高(P<0.05);是否接受护理员专业培训与知识、态度和能力得分接受培训者高于未接受培训者(P<0.05)。结论:养老护理员总体的水平有待提高,应加强对养老护理员的规范化培训,以提高失能老年人的照护质量。Objective: To learn about the care knowledge,attitude and ability condition of elderly care assistants on caring disabled elderly people,provide empirical basis for relevant countermeasures of the construction of care assistant team,and give advice on sustainable development of care assistant team.Methods: Adopted convenient sampling method to conduct questionnaire investigation on 150 care assistants on taking care of disabled elderly people. Results: Care knowledge of elderly care assistants was weak,with 91. 33% care assistants being unfamiliar or unclear on care knowledge. The genders of care assistants were different,and the care knowledge,occupational attitude and occupational ability of care assistants were of no statistical significance; care assistants with different serving length had different occupational attitude and care ability scores,and the assistants with longer serving length got higher scores( P〈0. 05); care assistants with different education degrees had different attitude and ability scores,and the assistants with higher education degree had higher scores; the knowledge,attitude and ability scores of care assistants receiving professional training were higher than those of assistants not receiving the training( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: General level of elderly care assistants needs improvement,and standardized training on elderly care assistants should be strengthened to enhance the quality of care on disabled elderly people.
