摘 要:为开发出对环境友好的植物源抗病毒剂,以烟草花叶病毒(TMV)为供试病毒,采用半叶枯斑法测定‘中华猕猴桃’根皮乙醇提取物和不同极性萃取物的抗病毒活性。结果显示,10g/L‘中华猕猴桃’根皮乙醇提取物(乙醇体积分数为95%)对TMV体外钝化、抑制初浸染及抑制增殖的活性分别为83.55%、49.51%和48.44%;不同极性溶剂萃取物的活性也存在差异,其中,水相的活性较强,对TMV的体外钝化、抑制初浸染及抑制增殖的活性分别为97.49%、54.11%和64.01%,其次是正丁醇萃取物,分别为56.64%、27.32%和57.76%。In order to develop environmentally friendly source of plant anti-virus pesticide,the annvlrai activities of the extract of Actinidia chinensis Planch. root bark against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) were tested by half leaf method. The results showed that φ= 95 % Ethanol extract of Actinidia chinen- sis Planch. root bark showed anti-TMV activities to some extent, with the inactivating, inhibiting in- fectivity and inhibiting multiplication activities of 83.55% ,49.51% and 48.44% under the concentra- tion of 10 g/L. Extracts with different polar solvents possessed diverse activities. The strongest activ- ities appeared in water extract, with the inactivating, inhibiting infectivity and inhibiting multiplica- tion activities of 97.49%, 54.11% and 64.01%, followed by n-Butanol phase, with the activities of 56.64% ,27.32% and 57.76%. It is suggested that the anti-TMV compounds should be hydrosoluble.
