活血通络生肌外治法对糖尿病足患者溃疡愈合质量及血清细胞生长因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨活血通络生肌外治法对糖尿病足患者溃疡愈合质量以及血清细胞生长因子的影响。方法将84例糖尿病足患者随机分为观察组和对照组。2组均给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予活血通络生肌药物熏洗和外敷。观察2组治疗前后足部溃疡创面改善情况和血清细胞生长因子的变化。结果观察组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后创面氧分压均显著升高(P均<0.05),创面p H均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后b FGF和VEGF水平均显著升高(P均<0.05),C反应蛋白和内皮素含量均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组各指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论活血通络生肌外治法能够促进糖尿病足患者足部溃疡的愈合,改善局部炎症反应,值得临床深入研究。Objective It is to explore the effect of Huoxue Tongluo Shengji external therapy on healing quality of ulcer and serum cell growth factor in patients with diabetic foot. Methods 84 cases of patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were given normal therapy,the observation group was additionally treated with fumigation-washing therapy and external application with Huoxue Tongluo Shengji medicine. The improvements of ulcer wound surface and the changes of serum cell growth factors before and after treatment in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P 0. 05）. The oxygen partial pressure was significantly increased while p H was decreased in wound surface after treatment in both groups（ P 0. 05）,and the decrease or increase in observation group were more significant than that in control group（ P 0. 05）. The levels of b FGF and VEGF were increased significantly while the contents of CRP and ET were decreased after treatment in both groups（ P 0. 05）,and the improvements in observation group were more significant than that in control group（ P 0. 05）.Conclusion External therapy with Huoxue Tongluo Shengji medicine could promote the healing of foot ulcer,improve local inflammatory reaction in patients with diabetic foot,so it is worthy of deep studying in clinic.
