自拟平喘汤配合GINA阶梯方案对支气管哮喘患儿血清IL-17、IL-33水平及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察自拟平喘汤配合GINA阶梯方案治疗支气管哮喘患儿的疗效及对血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)水平及生活质量的影响。方法将110例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组给予GINA阶梯式治疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予自拟平喘汤治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月。记录2组治疗后临床疗效,并检测2组治疗前后血清IL-17、IL-33水平及生活质量。结果治疗后观察组哮喘全球防治创议GINA推荐的ACT量表评分分级及肺功能改善情况明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组治疗后血清IL-17、IL-33水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),儿科哮喘生活质量量表(PAQLQ)评分均明显升高,且观察组治疗后上述指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未发现严重的药物不良反应。结论自拟平喘汤配合GINA阶梯方案治疗支气管哮喘患儿能够显著改善临床症状及肺功能,并能够下调血清IL-17、IL-33水平,提高患儿生活质量,值得临床推荐。Objective It is to observe the effect of Pingchuan decoction with Gina ladder program on serum interleukin 17（ IL）,interleukin（ IL）- 33（ IL- 33） levels and the quality of life in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 110 children with bronchial asthmatic were randomly assigned into the observed group and control group,each group had 55 cases. The control group was given Gina ladder scheme,the was given Pingchuan decoction on the basis of treatment in control group,both groups were treated continuously for 3 months. Clinical efficacy was recorded,the levels of serum IL- 17 and IL- 33 were detected and the quality of life were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The improvements of ACT scores of asthma global initative for Gina recommended table grading and lung function were better in observation group than that in control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment the levels of serum IL- 17,IL- 33 decreased significantly（ P 0. 05） while pediatric asthma quality of life（ QOL） table（ PAQLQ） scores were increased significantly in both groups（ P 0. 05）,and the decrease or increase of these indexes were more significant in observation group than that in control group（ P 0. 05）. No serious adverse drug reaction was found during treatment stage in both groups. Conclusion Pingchuan decoction with Gina ladder program treatment can significantly improve clinical symptoms and lung function and inhibit the serum IL- 17,IL- 33 levels,improve life quality in children with bronchial asthma,it is worthy of recommendation in clinic.
