小儿病毒性腹泻的中药复方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药复方治疗小儿病毒性腹泻的用药规律,为提高本病临床疗效提供科学依据。方法 :筛选近30年CNKI中中医药治疗小儿病毒性腹泻的方剂,建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助系统,挖掘其组方用药规律。结果:共筛选出237首方剂,涉及124味中药。方中健脾、祛湿药出现频数较高。基于关联规则筛选出11个常用药物组合(支持度20%,置信度0.7),其中涉及9味常用药物;并提取得到4味高关联度的核心药物组合(25%,0.7),这与七味白术散的组方特征一致。结论:中医药治疗本病方剂组方以健脾、祛湿类中药为主;茯苓-白术-葛根-甘草为治疗本病的核心药物组合;七味白术散是治疗本病的基础方;健脾祛湿为其主要治法。Objective：To explore the prescription principles of Chinese herbal compound for infantile viral diarrhea and to provide a scientific basis for improving clinical efficacy. Methods：Chinese herbal formulas for infantile viral diarrhea were retrieved from CNKI in the last 30 years and then were input into traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） inheritance system to analyze the prescription principle. Results ：There were 237 formulas were selected involving 124 Chinese herbs. In these formulas,Chinese herbs with the function of tonifying spleen and removing dampness were of high frequency. Based on association rules,there were 11 combinations of commonly used Chinese herbs（support 20% and confidence 70%）,involving 9 Chinese herbs,and the core herbal combination involves 4 Chinese herbs（support 25% and confidence 70%）,corresponding with Qiwei Baizhu powder. Conclusions：Chinese herbal formulas for infantile viral diarrhea mostly consist of Chinese herbs for tonifying spleen and removing dampness. The core herbal combination consists of Fuling,Baizhu,Gegeng and Gancao. Qiwei Baizhu powder is primary formula for infantile viral diarrhea,and tonifying spleen and removing dampness is the therapeutic method.
