中药离子导入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病机械通气患者计划撤机的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药离子导入对COPD机械通气患者计划撤机的影响。方法选取符合纳入条件的COPD机械通气计划撤机的患者60例,采用软件生成随机数字表法分成两组。其中30例为对照组,接受常规临床诊治及护理干预;30例为实验组,在接受常规临床诊治干预和护理干预的基础上加用穴位中药离子导入。记录两组患者从计划撤机开始1周内及2周内机械通气的总时数和实施干预后1周及两周内的撤机成功率。结果实验组1周内机械通气平均时间、2周内机械通气平均时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1周内撤机成功率、两周内撤机成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药离子导入可以缩短COPD患者计划撤机期间机械通气时间,提高COPD计划撤机患者的撤机成功率。Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine ion introduction on the plan of weaning of mechanical ventilation patients with COPD. Methods 60 cases of patients with COPD mechanical ventilation according with the inclusion criteria were selected. Using the software to generate random digital table, and they were divided into two groups according to the table. Among them, 30 eases in control group received routine clinical diagnosis and treatment and nursing intervention, the 30 cases of experimental group got ion introduction of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention based on the same treatment of control group. The total time of mechanical ventilation in two groups was recorded and the successful rate of withdrawal in one week to two weeks after mechanical ventilation was planned. Results The average time of mechanical ventilation in the experimental group was less than that of the control group within two weeks, The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The success rate of withdrawal within one week and two weeks of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction can shorten the time of mechanical ventilation in patients with COPD during the planning of withdrawal, and improve the success rate of withdrawal.
