村民政治参与、民主观念与政府信任  

Study on the Influence of Villagers' Political Participation and Democratic Ideas on Trust in Government

摘　　要：基于2009—2011年"中国乡镇民主与治理调查"数据,探讨了中国村民对四级政府的信任状况,并运用Logistic模型重点研究了村民政治参与和民主观念对政府信任的影响。研究发现:村民对国家、省级、县级、乡镇四级政府的信任感依次下降。村民正式的政治参与对四级政府信任均呈现显著的正向影响,即参与过投票选举的村民对四级政府的信任感越强,这也证实了国内外的大多数研究;非正式的政治参与对国家和省级政府的信任也均呈现显著的正向关系,说明谈论国家大事或政治话题的村民更相信国家和省级政府;民主观念对国家政府的信任有显著的正向影响,但是对县级、乡镇政府的信任有显著的负向影响,即民主观念较强的人对基层政府越不信任。Based on the data of ＂Chinese township of democracy and governance survey ＂from 2009 to 2011, discuss on the villagers trust in government for four status, and using Logistic mode focuses on the impact of the villagers political participation and democratic concept on government trust. The study finds that the villager to national, provincial, county and township level government trust decline in turn. Political participation of villagers has a significant positive effect on the four levels of government trust, namely that villagers participated in the vote have a stronger sense of trust on the four levels of government, it also confirms that the majority of the studies at home and abroad. Political participation of villagers on the trust of national and provincial governments also has significant positive relationship, which illustrates that villagers talking about national issues or political issues believe national and provincial governments more. The concept of democracy has a significant positive effect on government trust, but there are significant negative impacts on the trust of county and township government, that is to say, the stronger democratic ideas people have, the more distrust on the grassroots governments.
