摘 要:永磁交流伺服电动机是由永磁体励磁,磁场分布不同于传统电机,因此铁耗的准确计算难度较大,但其又是电机性能分析的重要依据。本文通过对多台永磁交流伺服电动机的试验,对分数槽表面式转子磁路结构永磁交流伺服电动机铁耗修正系数进行了校核。分析了铁耗修正系数变化的原因,总结了8极36槽表面式永磁电动机在设计时铁耗修正系数的取值规律。研究为电机设计人员指导电机设计和减小铁耗奠定了基础。Permanent magnet AC motor is excited by permanent magnet, the distribution of magnetic field is different from traditional motor, so it is difficult to calculate the accuracy of iron loss, but it is also an important basis for the analysis of motor performance. Firstly this paper through the study of the no - load test with a large number of permanent magnet synchronous motors, and got the gross value of iron loss and mechanical loss. Secondly through the comprehensive analysis, processing and summarized to the iron loss test value and design value preliminary obtained the iron loss correction coefficient of the permanent magnet synchronous motors with different structure. Finally, this paper analyzed the reasons why the iron loss correction factor of different rotor structures was not consistent. The research laid the foundation for the design of the motor to guide the design of the motor and reduce the iron loss.
