摘 要:根据ASTM-C1608标准,以聚羧酸系高效减水剂作为掺入材料的分散剂,采用改良的试验装置,对比研究了水灰比为0.34时不同掺量、类型的普通硅粉(SF)和纳米SiO_2(NS)对水泥净浆化学收缩的影响。试验结果表明,龄期未满3d,掺SF和NS水泥净浆化学收缩与基准水泥组基本相同;自7d开始,水泥净浆化学收缩与SF的掺量成正比增长,而NS的掺量对化学收缩影响不明显;SF的类型对化学收缩无影响,而未经表面处理、粒径较小的NS化学收缩较大;SF与NS均增大了水泥浆体化学收缩,且NS作用更明显。Based on the ASTM-C1608 standard, the influence of Silica Fume(SF) and Nano-SiO2 (NS) in different dosage and types on the chemical shrinkage of cement paste was studied in this paper by an improved experiment device with fixed water-binder ratio of 0.34 while using polycarboxylate superplasticizer as a dispersant. Test results show that under the age of 3 d, the chemical shrinkage of cement paste mixed with SF and NS was basically the same as that of the reference cement group. Since the beginning of 7 d, the chemical shrinkage of cement paste is proportional to the content of SF, but not so obvious in content of NS. Chemical shrinkage is not affected by the type of SF, while that of NS without the surface treatment and the smaller particle size is larger. Both of them can increase the chemical shrinkage of cement paste, but the effect of NS is stronger than that of SF.
