摘　　要：研究生教育作为教育体系的最高层次,承担着培养创新型人才的重任。为了保证创新型人才培养的教育质量,基于多年的积累及教学探索,我们强调医学学术型研究生培养应注重六大方面,即着力培养其国际视野、创新能力、科学思维、实验技能、表达水平和科学精神。以此培养具备综合科学素质的研究生,以适应当前国际化的竞争和国家对创新型人才的需要。Graduate education as the highest level of the education system, is the core part of cultiva- tion for innovative talents. In order to ensure the quality of innovative talents cultivation, based on years of accumulation and teaching, we emphasized medical science degree postgraduates training should focus on the following six aspects：international vision, innovation ability, scientific thinking, experimental skills, language competence and scientific spirit. Through this comprehensive cultivation for the scientific quality of graduate students, we could meet the needs of the current international competition and the national demand for innovative talents.
