前沿性新课程药物基因组学教学难点剖析及对策

摘　　要：药物基因组学是"精准医学"的基石,基于临床实际和高校自身改革的需求,有必要开设药物基因组学这门课程。作为一门前沿性知识内容较强的课程,药物基因组学教学中存在无合适统编教材、教学重点难点不够明确等突出问题。针对上述问题,我们通过自编校本教材、集体备课整理知识点、丰富提高教学手段等多种方法和途径,取得了良好的教学效果。Pharrnacogenomics is the basis of precision medicine. With the consideration of the requirements of clinical practice and reforms of institutes of higher education, it is necessary to set pharmacogenornics as a course. As a pioneering course, such difficulties as no suitable unified compiled teaching materials and ambiguous teaching key points and difficulties exists during teaching. Aimed at the above problems, we edited the school-based teaching material, prepared lessons collectively to sort out knowledge points, and enriched or improved teaching methods, thus resulting in improved teachmg effects.
