摘  要:采用细胞学常规压片的方法,对来自云南、四川及西藏9个居群的康滇假合头菊(Parasyncalathium souliei Franchet)进行染色体数目、核型类型以及细胞地理学分析,其中四川和西藏的8个居群都是首次报道.所有居群的染色体数目均为2n=2x=16,染色体基数为x=8.对实验中的9个居群进行细胞地理学分析,结果表明:分布于四川的居群较为原始,而位于西藏和云南的居群为较进化的类群.结合已报道的关于合头菊属(Syncalathium)的细胞遗传学资料进行初步分析表明:康滇假合头菊的核型与狭义的合头菊属核型存在较大的差异,支持康滇假合头菊独立成属.此外,对云南、四川及西藏地区不同居群核型分析显示康滇假合头菊种间具有较大的差异.实验结果能为该属在横断山区的系统演化提供一些细胞地理学资料.The chromosome number, karyotype and cytogeography of nine populations of Parasyncalathiurn souliei Franchet from Yunnan,Sichuan and Tibet were analyzed by cytological squash method and eight populations from which were demonstrated at the first time. All of the populations have similar chromesome number 2n=16 and the basic number X=8. Studies on the nine populations showed that the populations from Tibet is more primitive than that from Yun- nan and Sichuan. Furthermore,our data demonstrated that there is a great cytogenetic difference between P. souliei and the species in narrow Syncalathium,supporting that P. souliei can been spe- rated as a new genus. In addition, the karyotypes among nine populations from Yunnan,Sichuan and Tibet showed a significant difference. In conclusion,our results provide cytogeographic evidence in the evolution of P. souliei in Hengduan Mountains.
