摘  要:根据L9(34)正交设计试验,通过修剪、晾晒、IBA三因素三水平处理,观测虎皮兰水培生根情况.结果表明,(1)从生根数看,修剪3/4、晾晒1d、IBA 40mg/L的处理生根数目最多,为12.7条;修剪2/4、晾晒1d、IBA 25mg/L的处理次之,为11.3条;二者平均根数为12条,比对照增加了6条.(2)从生根时间看,修剪1/4、晾晒2d、IBA 25 mg/L的处理生根最快,为11.3d;修剪2/4、晾晒3d、IBA 10mg/L的处理次之,为13d;修剪1/4、晾晒3d、IBA 40mg/L的处理为14.7d;三者的平均生根时间为13d,比对照组缩短了10d.(3)从频数累计看,虎皮兰生根数目主要集中在7~10条,生根时间主要集中在第11~20天,尤其是第16~18天.综上,采取IBA处理结合修剪和晾晒因素处理水培金边虎皮兰可显著增加生根数量且缩短生根时间.Researches on the optimal condition of the rooting of water-cultured S. trifasciatavar. Laurentii. According to L9 (34)orthogonal experimental design, the rooting of S. trifasciatavar. laurentii were observed via three factors and three levels treatments of clipping,airing and IBA. The result shows that (1)in regard to root number,root number of clipping 3/4 airing 1 day-IBA 40 mg/L treatment is the most,12.7 strips. That of clipping 2/4-airing 1 day IBA 25 mg/L treat- ment is the second, 11. 3 strips. Compared to control, the average root number of these two treatments,which is 12 strips,increased by 6 strips. (2) On rooting time,the rooting of clipping l/4-airing 2 day-IBA 25 mg/L treatment is the fastest,which needs 11.3 days. The second one is the treatment of clipping 2/4-airing 3 day-IBA 10 mg/L,which needs 13 days. The following is the treatment of clipping 1/4-airing 3 day-IBA 40 mg/L,which needs 14. 7 days. The average rooting time of these three treatments is 13 days,which is less than control for 10 days. (3)On cumula- tive frequency, root numbers of S. trifasciatavar. Laurentii concentrated in the range of 7- 10 strips, and rooting times concentrated in the range of 11-20 days,especially in the range of 16 -18 days. It suggest that the combination of clipping,airing and IBA markedly increases the root number and shortens the rooting time.
