摘　　要：本文从电梯安全评价的需求、时机以及基础条件出发,简要论述了电梯安全评价工作的现状,总结出电梯安全评价规则特种设备安全技术规范颁布的基本条件已经具备。Starting from the requirement, timing and basic conditions of elevator safety evaluation, the paper briefly discusses the present situation of the elevator safety evaluation work, and summarizes the basic conditions for the elevator safety assessment rules of special equipment safety technical regulation, hoping that the safety evaluation rules will solve some problems of front-line work.
