康复新液联合生长因子治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用康复新液及重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)治疗烧伤创面的临床效果。方法选取中国人民解放军148医院2015年1月至2016年1月深Ⅱ度烧伤患者45例,随机分为A、B、C 3组,A和B组为对照组,C组为实验组,每组15例。对照组分别单用康复新液(A组)和bFGF(B组)处理创面,C组采用两种药物联合使用处理创面,观察各组的临床效果。结果实验组与对照组相比,创面愈合时间明显减少,7d内创面的细菌检出率较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面效果良好,可广泛使用。Objective To investigate the effect of conjunctive use of Kangfuxin liquid and bFGF for the treatment of deep second degree burn wounds.Methods A total of 45 patients with deep second degree burn from January 2015 to January 2016 in the PLA 148 Hospital were selected and randomly divided into three groups with 15 cases in each group,A and B group were the control group,C group was the experimental group.The experimental group was daubed with Kangfuxin Liquid and bFGF on the wounds,the control group used Kangfuxin liquid（A group）and bFGF（B group）for treatment of wounds respectively.The clinical effect of each group was observed.Results Compared with control group,the wound healing time in experimental group reduced（P〈0.05）,bacterial detection rate of the wound was lower in 7days（P〈0.05）.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with bFGF in the treatment of deep second degree burn wounds has good effect and can be widely used.
