自拟中药汤剂联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效分析及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:研究自拟中药汤剂联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将60例异位妊娠患者随机分为两组。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤片口服,2片/次,2次/周;观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟中药汤剂口服,100m L/次,2次/d。14 d为1个疗程。治疗3个疗程。比较治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗7 d后血β-HCG、包块大小,血β-HCG恢复正常时间,包块消失时间,月经恢复时间。结果:观察组总有效率为96.7%,口干等发生率为10.0%,对照组分别为70.0%、46.7%,观察组显著优于照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗7d后血β-HCG、包块大小,血β-HCG恢复正常时间,包块消失时间,月经恢复时间等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药汤剂联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠能够缩短血β-HCG恢复正常及包块消失时间,改善患者临床症状,且安全性高。Objective ： To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine conservative treatment of ectopic pregnan- cy. Methods ：60 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group received oral methotrexate tablets, 2 / time,2 times / week. The observation group give self - made traditional Chinese medicine decoction, 100mL / time,2 times daily. 14d for a course of treatment. Treatment of 3 courses. Comparing the total effective rate of the treatment and adverse reac-tions occurred rate,7 days after treatment. The blood HCGindex, size of mass, blood HCG restored to normal time, bag piece dis- appearance time and the recovery of menstruation time. Results：in the observation group l the total efficiency was 96.7%, dry mouth and the incidence rate was 10.0% ,70.0% ,46.7% in the control group respectively were observed group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Observation group 7 days after treatment of blood beta- HCG, block size, blood beta - HCG recovery time,the duration of the pack, menstruation recovery time and other indicators were significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Decoction in the treatment of ectopie pregnancy can shorten the blood HCG recovery nor- mal and fast disappearin~ time,improve the clinical symptoms of the oatients,and the safety is high.
