清肺消炎丸治疗肺源性心脏病(痰热壅肺证)疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清肺消炎丸对慢性肺源性心脏病患者急性发作期(痰热壅肺证)疗效和免疫功能的影响。方法:将80例患者随机单盲分为两组,对照组40例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组40例则在对照组基础上,加用清肺消炎丸,观察两组治疗前后疗效、免疫球蛋白和T细胞亚群的变化。结果:对照组和治疗组治疗后与治疗前分别比较有显著差异(P<0.05),两组治疗后免疫球蛋白及T细胞亚群比较,治疗组与对照组比较也有明显差异(P<0.05),从而说明清肺消炎丸能提高肺心病患者的免疫功能。结论:清肺消炎丸对肺心病患者有增强患者细胞免疫功能的作用,并且不良反应小。Objective ： To observe the curative effect and immune function of Lung - clearing and Anti - inflammatory （ Qingfei Xiaoyan） Pills in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease （ Syndrome of Phlegm - heat Obstructing Lung） at the acute stage. Methods：Eighty patients were divided into two groups in random single blind trial. The conventional western medicine treat- ment were given to 40 cases in control group and 40 cases in treatment group. On this basis, the latter took Lung - clearing and Anti - inflammatory （ Qingfei Xiaoyan） Pills. The changes of immunoglobulin and T cell subset before and after the treatment were observed and recorded. Results ： Compared with curative effect before treatment, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in control group and treatment group after treatment. Compared with control group, there were also significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in immunoglobulin and T cell subset of treatment group. Therefore, it is indicated that Lung - clearing and Anti - inflammatory （Qingfei Xiaoyan） Pills can improve the immune function of patients with pulmonary heart disease. Conclusion：Lung -clearing and Anti - inflammatory （ Qingfei Xiaoyan） Pills can strengthen the cellular immune function of patients suffered pulmonary heart disease with less toxic side - effects.
