摘　　要：根据海洋钻井平台自动排放工艺特点,以垂直排管机为研究对象,采用以西门子公司SIMATIC T-CPU为核心的控制器,通过西门子公司的分布式I/O PROFIBUS-DP总线接口模块IM174和液压伺服系统搭建了运动控制系统,运用SIMATIC T-CPU强大的运动控制功能,借助SIMATIC Tehnology进行运动控制。经实践检验,这种方案简单易行,可以实现垂直排管机控制功能。According to the automatic discharge process characteristics of the offshore drilling platform, taking the vertical Pipe handing as the research object, we used the SIMATIC T-CPU as the core controller, and the Siemens distributed I/ O PROFIBUS-DP bus interface module IM174 and the hydratdic servo system as the motion control system. In addition, we used the SIMATIC T-CPU strong motion control functions with the SIMATIC technology for motion control. The practical test demonstrated that the scheme is simple and easy to implement, and can achieve the control fimction of the vertical Pipe handing.
