摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌中人DOC-2/DAB-2交互蛋白(DOC-2/DAB-2 interaction protein,DAB2IP)的表达与临床预后生存时间的关系。方法收集82例正常胃黏膜及胃癌组织,采用免疫组化方法进行蛋白检测,对随访资料进行Kaplan-Meier生存分析和COX回归分析。结果 DAB2IP在正常胃黏膜组织中多以强阳性表达;在胃癌组织中阳性表达较少,多以弱阳性或阴性为主;DAB2IP在胃癌组织中的阳性评分低于正常黏膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DAB2IP阳性表达的胃癌患者中位生存时间为40.8个月,明显长于阴性表达患者的中位生存时间(33.7个月),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COX多因素回归分析显示,较低的DAB2IP表达水平和较高的TNM分期是胃癌预后生存时间的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 DAB2IP下调可能在胃癌的发生、发展中起一定的作用,对预测胃癌患者的预后生存时间具有一定的意义。protein （ DAB2IP applied to detect Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression of DOC-2/DAB-2 interaction with prognosis of survival time in gastric carcinoma. Methods Immunohistoehemistry was e expression of DAB2IP in 82 tissue samples of gastric carcinoma and 82 normal stomach tissues. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and COX regression analysis were used on the clinical and follow-up data. Results DAB2IP was highly expressed in the normal stomach tissues, but mildly or negatively in the gastric carcinoma （P 〈 0.05 ）. The median survival time of the patients with positive expression of DAB2IP was 40.8 months, significantly longer than those with negative DAB2IP expression （33. 7 months, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Furthermore, COX multivariate regression analysis demonstrated that the lower expression level of DAB2IP and higher TNM stage were independent prognostic factor for survival time of clinical prognosis （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The declination of DAB2IP might play a significant role in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma, and it might of a vital significance on predicting the survival time in the patients with zastric carcinoma.
