摘 要:针对热固性聚氨酯的网状交联结构及物理化学性质,研究了基于热力耦合材料模型的再生成形机理;分析了回收料的结构组成及其化学反应活性、再生材料的微观结构及其性质;测试了新材料的机械强度,并对再生成形效果的影响因素及其显著性进行了讨论及评价。实验与分析结果表明:基于热力耦合模型,再生成形实验所采用的工艺与方法,在保证再生材料力学性能的前提下,提高了废旧料的回收利用率,实现了废旧热固性聚氨酯及其产品的循环再利用。For the cross-linked structure,physical and chemical properties of thermosetting polyurethane,regenerative forming mechanism was studied based on the coupled thermo-mechanical model;the structure and activities of recycling materials were analyzed,micro-structure and properties of regenerated materials were analyzed,and the mechanical strengths of new materials were tested.At last,influence factors and their significance for regeneration effects were discussed and evaluated.Experiments and analyses results show that:the regeneration forming process and methods based on the coupled thermo-mechanical model,greatly improve the recycling rate of waste materials under ensuring mechanical performances of regenerated materials,and realize the recycling of waste thermosetting polyurethane and the products.
