色织提花灯芯绒创新工艺设计及试织

摘　　要：本文设计的色织提花灯芯绒打破传统灯芯绒单一的条绒结构,在改变组织结构和组织点的基础上,改变织物的外观效果,采用变化纬起绒组织结构来展示灯芯绒的点、线、面等花样结构变化。通过研究不同固结方法织出试样的区别,提出了在织造过程中需要注意的关键设计方法。文章介绍面料的设计工艺和实例,旨在为色织提花灯芯绒的产品创新设计和市场开发提供技术支持。The innovative process designs for down the monopoly of pique stripe or corded corduroy production described in this paper have broken structure of corduroy. By changing weave structures and crossing points, these designs try to change the look of corduroy and by using weft pile weave to show fancy structures such as ＂dot＂, ＂line＂ and ＂surface＂. By discussing different fabric samples woven with different binding methods, the paper proposed key techniques to be noticed during weaving and explained thoroughly the concept of yam-dyed jacquard corduroy.
