羊毛稀土助剂低温染色工艺探讨

摘　　要：采用稀土助剂进行羊毛低温染色实验,并将染色结果与羊毛常规染色结果进行对比,最后通过分析得出了低温染色工艺中稀土助剂最佳用量为0.2%(o.w.f),最佳染色温度为80℃,染色时间60 min。羊毛稀土助剂低温染色工艺能够明显降低染色温度,在减轻纤维强力损伤的同时,降低了能源消耗,具有节能环保的优势。The rare earth attxiliary was used in low temperature dyeing of wool, and the dyeing effect was compared with that of conventional dyeing. The optimized dyeing condition were as follows： rare earth auxiliary 0.2% （o.w.t）, dyeing at 80℃ for 60 min. Under this condition, the damage to wool fiber was decreased, and energy effect was improved.
